Can I try GreenSheets before paying? +

Yes. Every new account starts with a full 1-month free trial of Pro — all features, no limits, no credit card required. After the trial, you can upgrade to Pro or stay on the Free plan.

What happens when my trial ends? +

If you don't upgrade, your account moves to the Free plan. You keep your service catalog, estimates, and client data. The Free plan limits you to 10 clients and 2 proposals per month, and you won't have access to e-signature or proposal view tracking. You can upgrade to Pro at any time.

Is there a contract or can I cancel anytime? +

No contracts. Pro is month-to-month. Cancel anytime and your account reverts to the Free plan. Your data is always yours.

What happens to my data if I cancel? +

Your service catalog, estimates, clients, and proposals stay in your account on the Free plan. Nothing is deleted. If you resubscribe to Pro, everything is right where you left it.

Do you offer discounts for annual billing? +

Yes. Pro is $59 CAD/month when billed annually — that is 25% off the monthly price.

How does GreenSheets compare to SynkedUP? +

SynkedUP starts at $399 USD/month with a $1,000 activation fee and no free trial. GreenSheets gives you the core estimating and proposal workflow — service catalog, auto-calculations, professional proposals with e-signature — for $79 CAD/month with a free 1-month trial and $0 activation fee.
